REALLY enjoyed the first podcast! I have already added you to my subscriptions on itunes so I ready and waiting for the next one! As far as what I really like in a podcast, I seem to enjoy the “chatty” ones better than the super slickly produced. I have found that L&V and Stash & Burn get on my ipod as soon as they are downloaded.
    Keep up the good work!

I really enjoyed your podcast and am looking forward to hearing more. I also enjoy the music at the beginning or end and not in the middle. Keep up the good work!!!

    Hahahaha!
What a funky groovy idea for a knitting podcast. Love your style, great job. I know nothing about knitting but your obvious passion is addictive.
    Kudos.
Thank You for playing my song “I Want To Be Wonder Woman”, I am so happy to hear that my song cracked you up and brought back fun kid memories of this lovely Diva.

    Cheers.

I loved your podcast. I prefer no music but at front and back is best if you must have it. I prefer you stick to knitting related talk. I find those are the ones I keep listening to. I suggest doing book reviews on some of the older knitting books as several already do new book reveiws. Keep up the good work. Donna

I just listened to your first podcast and I think you did a wonderful job! I agree with you about the dynamic between two podcasters ala Stash and burn. I like how Jenny and Nicole have little musical interludes between segments but not full songs, it’s a nice way to signal a change in subject. I prefer mostly knitting talk but don’t mind asides as long as it comes back to knitting. ) I also agree with you about the more casual nature of some podcasts, it seems more natural to me. Good luck & I’ll keep listening!

Just found your podcast and listened to first one. Before I continue to catch up with the past ones, I wanted to say how much I enjoy your voice and information. You are a natural!!!
Since I listen partly for information, I appreciate any knitting details I can learn from—stitch counts, tips, gauge, anything that makes your process of knitting more accessible.
I am currently trying to learn continental knitting and purling, partly thanks to you on U tube.

Good luck…I am off to listen to you again!

I too have started to download a bunch of podcasts about knitting from itunes. To be honest, I listen to the first one and then decide if I want to subscribe. It’s the voice and the person’s way of speaking that usually makes the decision. You have a nice voice to listen to (though you do make this clicking sound with your tongue when you are thinking and talking at the same time that bugs me a little - sorry if that’s too brutal.)

I like the music at the end as well.

I liked the stories. What I find interesting is seeing how the projects evolve from the yarn and how you are trying to find others who have the same passion for it that you do.

I subscribed to you and hope to hear more.

lol…that annoyed me too actually! I think it has more to do with the mic/sound on the first one…seems like less to me in the next few episodes. Anyway, I am aware of it so hopefully it will lessen over time!
