Hey there! This is Cyndi, the owner of The Twisted Purl. I enjoyed listening to your podcast.
I am gald you enjoyed the colors of the roving. To address the softness issue, I wanted to tell you about the base. When I first started dyeing roving, I purchased from Wool2Dye4. I believe her stock is from Henry’s Attic, but not exactly sure how long she had the roving for or how it was stored. I now get my 80’s grade Merino directly from Henry’s Attic and I notice it is a lot softer than the first batch of roving from the other company.
I do want you to be 100% happy! I spin with this roving all the time and have no problems. If once you spin with it, it still isn’t what you expected, please email me cyndi INSERT AT SIGN HERE thetwistedpurl.com. Thanks

Hiya Cheryl! I’m loving your podcast! You said you wanted us to tell you if we’re detecting any problems. The only problem I’ve noticed is that your voice recording volume could be higher. Your intro music drowns you out. I think it’s just a matter of getting to know new technology, and you’ll get it.
Otherwise, loving it! BTW, JUST downloaded Skype. I think I need a new mic though. The one I have is so old there was a layer of dust on the bubble wrap a quarter-inch thick! In any case, my Skype name is the same as my Ravelry one.

Just found your podcast and have listened to first two episodes so far. Wanted to let you know that your voice is great for podcasting! Overall, your sound quality is good and I don’t have to crank my volume to hear you, which is often a problem in new ‘casts.
I do like music on the ‘casts I listen to, as I have found some great new stuff to listen to, although I see your point about putting it at the end, making it more optional than in ‘casts where it’s integrated in the middle.
Thanks for your new ‘cast! I’m always looking for another good one. I think you’re off to a great start.

Yours is one of my favorite podcasts! I really felt I went along on your yarn crawl with you, such fun! Keep up the great work. I’m not particularly fond of your music but in the format that you have it (at the end) I just skip it so no problemo. Again keep up the great work and I really enjoy your podcast. Lori D.

Loving your podcast, but the lyrics of the Huggy Bear song were nasty - did you even listen to them before you chose that song? Kind of offensive…
